Processing and Delivery Time: Once an order is placed, please allow 3-4 business days for us to craft your product with care. After crafting, your order will be shipped, and delivery typically takes around 4 days.

Damaged or Broken Items: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you with a return or replacement. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return for a damaged or broken item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted for damaged or broken items and must be in their original packaging.
